**Job Description: Outbound Sales Representative for Agro Commodities Exports**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven outbound sales representative to join our team specializing in the export of agricultural commodities. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and close sales deals to expand our market presence globally.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying key decision-makers in target markets.

3. Present product offerings, negotiate prices, and address customer inquiries to effectively communicate the value proposition of our agricultural commodities.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

5. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities effectively.

6. Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate and achieve sales targets.

7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

8. Provide regular feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance to optimize sales processes and strategies.

9. Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

10. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote our brand and establish relationships with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in the agro commodities industry.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and overcome objections effectively.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

5. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.

7. Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards rejection and challenges.

8. Knowledge of agricultural products, international trade practices, and export regulations is advantageous.

9. Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and travel occasionally as required.
