**Position Title: Social Media Handler**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with the organization's brand voice and objectives.

**Scheduling and Publishing**: Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools to ensure consistent and timely sharing of content across all platforms.

**Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and actively engage with the audience by responding promptly and professionally.

**Customer Support**: Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through social media channels, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department.

**Moderation**: Monitor user-generated content and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards, and take appropriate action to address any violations or issues.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with current trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms, and leverage opportunities to join relevant discussions or capitalize on trending topics.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to align social media activities with overall business objectives and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Freshers and Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.

**Working Conditions**:
This position typically operates in an office environment, but remote work may be possible depending on company policies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
