We are in search of a Social media marketing manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for businesses and organizations. They utilize various social media platforms to promote the brand, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website. Here are the common job responsibilities and requirements for a social media marketing manager:
Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing a social media marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and target audience.
- Creating and publishing high-quality content on social media platforms, including text, image, and video-based content.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns and report on the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains competitive and relevant.
- Managing and maintaining the company's social media accounts, including monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as the marketing, creative, and customer service teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Developing and managing social media advertising campaigns to increase the company's reach and drive conversions.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a social media marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Creating flairs, posters, contents with relevant hashtags etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in technology, social media platforms, and company strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
