**Customer Interaction**:
**Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and existing customers to promote Garuda Aerospace's products and services.**

**Handle inbound calls to address customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns.**

**Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture leads and close deals.**

**-**Sales Support:*

**Generate qualified leads for the sales team by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.**

**Schedule appointments and demonstrations for field sales executives.**

**Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.**

**-**Multilingual Communication:*

**Communicate effectively in English and at least two local languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) to engage a diverse audience.**

**Build trust and rapport with customers by speaking their preferred language.**

**-**Market Research & Feedback:*

**Conduct market research during calls to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activities.**

**Provide insights and suggestions to the marketing and product teams based on customer feedback.**

**-**Target Achievement:*

**Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as set by the management.**

**Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**-**Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).*

**-**Experience:*

**1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.**

**Prior experience in tech, agriculture, or industrial sales is a plus.**

**-**Skills:*

**Fluent in English and at least two local languages (e.g., Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, etc.).**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.**

**Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.**

**Ability to work under pressure and meet targets**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
