India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other
locations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to
join our team. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks,
possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely

delivery.
- Ensure the office premises are well-maintained, clean, and organized always.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and

document preparation.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Assist in managing expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
