- As a TM -Line Incharge -Engine Assembly, you will be part of Plant Operations and will be reporting to Section Head - Engine Assembly.Your role will be to manage the production line target as per business plan through the optimum utilization of resources, in order to effective operations and achieve the targets in line with define PQCDMS (productivity, quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- 1. To Achieve Production Target With Optimum Manpower & Resources.
- 2.To Ensure Product Quality within the target quality parameters.
- 3.Safe Work Environment with approach of Zero accident.
- 4. Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- 5.People (Subordinate Development)
- 6.Implementation of TPM initiatives.**A Day in the life**
- To manage the production line target as per business plan through the optimum utilization of resources, in order to effective operations and achieve the targets in line with define PQCDMS (productivity, quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Mechanical diploma / degree in engineering field.
- 3-8 Years of Experience**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1.Process Knowledge in engines assembly
- 2.Knowledge of Hand Tools
- 3.Knowledge of TPM
- 4.Line Balancing
- 5.Problem Solving & Analysis**Behavioural Skills**
