  • Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Achieve daily shift Production Target through hourly production monitoring, man management and team skill planning.
  • Improve Product Quality by strengthening of DWM activities
  • Achieve Cost targets on shift basis
  • Improve Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM activities on line
  • To improve and Sustain good relations with Team Members and ensure safe work Environment on line

A Day in the life

  • Manage the Shift production of frame assembly through optimum utilisation of resources and Ensuring best quality and safety practices to achieve production demand
    Academic Qualification & Experience
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have exposure of assembly process.( Preferably Frame/Vehicle Assembly)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Domain Knowledge of Frame Assembly process.
  • Well Familiar with Mfg Industry Safety rules and Regulations.
  • Good exposure of TPM and IMS.
  • Problem solving Approach.
  • Well familiar with Industry Best Practices.
  • Team player
