**Job Overview**:
The Pattern Master is responsible for interpreting garment designs into patterns that are used to create the pieces for production. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with designers to ensure that designs are executed correctly in fabric. The Pattern Master plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and fit of garments produced.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Creation**: Develop and draft patterns based on design sketches, technical specifications, and fabric types. Patterns must be precise, functional, and ready for production.
- **Pattern Grading**: Adjust and grade patterns to different sizes as per sizing charts and customer requirements.
- **Fitting and Adjustments**: Conduct fittings with samples to ensure proper fit and make any necessary adjustments to patterns for desired fit, shape, and comfort.
- **Fabric and Material Selection**: Advise on fabric selection and how different materials affect the pattern and garment design.
- **Prototype Development**: Create prototypes and samples of patterns for review by the design team and make necessary revisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, garment technologists, and manufacturers to understand and meet specific requirements for garment production.
- **Technical Documentation**: Maintain clear, detailed records of patterns, measurements, and changes for future reference and consistency.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and fabric developments to ensure designs are both contemporary and functional.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the final patterns are of the highest quality, accurately reflecting the designer’s intentions, and are ready for mass production.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve any pattern-related issues that arise during the production process, ensuring smooth garment manufacturing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pattern Master or in a similar role in the fashion or garment industry.
- Proficiency in pattern-making techniques.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabric properties.
- Strong understanding of garment sizing and fitting.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a design team.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with an eye for design and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Formal education in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
