The Data Scientist will leverage advanced data analytics, machine learning, and statistical methods to interpret complex data sets, build predictive models, and deliver data-driven insights to support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define problems, and create scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Processing:
Gather, clean, and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets from various sources.
Work with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and pipeline efficiency.
Data Analysis and Exploration:
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
Model Development:
Develop, train, and validate predictive models using machine learning algorithms (e.g., classification, regression, clustering).
Optimize model performance using tuning techniques and feature engineering.
Visualization and Reporting:
Create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
Translate complex analytical results into actionable business insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing) to understand business needs and align data solutions accordingly.
Present and communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Learning and Innovation:
Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in data science, AI, and machine learning.
Experiment with new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong understanding of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch).
Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing.
**Experience**:
4+ years of experience in a data science or related role (or relevant academic projects/internships).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or distributed computing systems.
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or deep learning is a plus.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

Pay: ₹40,750.22 - ₹63,177.65 per month
