**Position - ** Sales Executive / Business Development Sr executive.

**Education - **Post-graduation or Bachelor's degree, Diploma

**Experience - **3 years to 8 years of experiences.

**Preferred Skillset -** Strong Previous experience in Sales & Marketing in Industrial Oil, lubricants or grease. Must have sales experiences in Industrial Products / Oil. Good knowledge of Industrial
Sectors & Must have Industrial Sales experiences

**Supplementary Requirement - ** Willingness to travel in Different Industrial Sectors for lead generation. Must have Bike/Scooty/Car and License.

**Position Overview**:
DSR, will be responsible for developing New Market & Lead generation. He will responsible to handle end to end Technical Sales activities. He will provide Technical briefing to clients & manage customer relationship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing & renewing orders, completing sales, & arranging deliveries.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products & services to customers & Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- You will be an important face of the brand to our customers and you will develop and maintain good customer relationships in the local market.
- **Business Development **: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial oil sector by leveraging market knowledge, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide effective solutions to meet their specific industrial oil needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.
- **Client Engagement **:Initiate contact with potential clients and nurture relationships. Conduct product or service presentations via virtual meetings. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management **:Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM system for tracking leads and opportunities. Regularly report on lead generation and conversion progress to the management team.
- **Market Research **:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies. Utilize this data to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.05 - ₹50,000.86 per month
