- Meet aftermarket spares revenue targets for the business growth.
- Enhance delivery performance and customer engagement
- Primary Responsibilities- Strategic and planning- Support HOD-Spares in execution of aftermarket strategy and increasing CES.
Functional
- Core- Release monthly spares orders plan in line with budgeted sales target and customer requirements
- Lead gemba meeting with CFT and ensure orders execution as per plan
- Release accessories and bought out parts MRP in SAP
- Co-ordinate with production, purchase, controls, design, QA, dispatch function to ontime execution of spares orders
- Monitor BOM locking with design and execute material planning as per priority
- Focus on improving OTDIF above 95 %
- Focus on keeping customer complaints within target from spares and respond quickly and attend to customer complaints in a more systematic way with CAPA in place.
- Execute the machine upgradation orders
- Submitting MIS and other reports monthly.
- Conversant with SAP, confirmation, allocation, MRP run, release PR, stock checking, etc
- Inventory analysis and inventory management, keeping tab wrt inventory budget,
- Identify non moving inventory and consumption plan
- Offers feedback on product development, features and functions.
- Recognizing sales opportunities (Lead generation) and communicating the same to our sales TIC's through CRM platform.
- Integrate customer feedback with our existing business process and contribution in CAPA
- Help in getting competitor information on products, markets, etc.
- People development- Cross skill development and knowledge sharing with internal team members.
- Develop team
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.- Key Result Areas- Spares orders execution and support to internal customer (service dept)
