As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating support related to computer products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints regarding product. Actively seek solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings, including computer hardware, software, peripherals, and accessories.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or product specialists for further investigation and resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases and maintain open communication with customers throughout the process.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers experiencing difficulties with computer setup, installation, configuration, and usage. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams for further assistance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting activities, and solutions provided. Document recurring technical issues and contribute to knowledge base articles for future reference. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the proper record entry system. Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels to inform decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and technical concepts.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
