**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Experience required**:1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and creative content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. This includes writing captions, creating visuals, and producing multimedia content such as videos and infographics.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with the client’s marketing objectives and social media strategy. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content and maintain consistency across platforms.
- **Social Media Analytics**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Utilize data insights to optimize content strategy, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing and content creation. Implement new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the curve and drive results.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and product development to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency of brand voice across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in industries such as healthcare, edtech, technology, fashion, lifestyle, or real estate.
