Delhi, India Mind Sight Manager Full time

**Eligibility**: Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with 3 plus years experience after master's in Anxiety spectrum disorder or in OCD management.

A. Do not have any other engagement, like academic, private practice or another job

B. Have a clear understanding of human development and challenges in life

C. Have clear understanding of OCD recovery process and Monitoring & Evaluation of progress

D. Have strong research skill, experience, inclination

E. Available for minimum 11 months not looking for short term engagement

F. Social media friendly and strong skill in content writing,

G. Familiar with facilitating training to new intern and fellow psychologist

H. Strong inter personal and social communication skill in Hindi, English.

I. Have own balance personality dynamics

**Timing**:8 hours in between 8 AM to 8 PM & 6 days in a week (Non-negotiable)

**Honorarium**:25,000 to 30,000 based on relevant experience, skills, capacity, attitude

**Job Location: Agra**

**Contract duration**: 11 Months

**Work, Responsibility as deliverables**

**1.** **Serving the client: (4 Hours/ 50% of Engagement)**

A. Conducting the session for client and family members

B. Doing active follow up with client and family members

C. Conducting Psychological assessment, including TAT test

D. Taking feedback from caregiver on client problems & on progress aspect

**2.** **Mass Awareness activity: (2 Hours/ 25% of Engagement)**

A. Conducting webinar, workshop, live talk show, group discussion

B. Creating social media creative and posting on official account

C. Recording video on mental health related topics

D. Wrting blog, article, organization website

E. Drafting content for new area or ongoing services in system

F. Creating IEC material for general population and referral system

G. Conducting training to intern and new professional

**3.** **Research: (2 Hours/ 25% of Engagement)**

A. Review of literature and sharing learning report in brief

B. Identifying research topic, framing research design

C. Developing or identifying tools to be use in research

D. Leading initiating the research work, analyzing collected data interpreting finding

I. Approaching for publication

**4. Any other assign work related with client’s recovery needs and organization need**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
