Your primary responsibilities will be:
Manage the Team of In-House Psychologists and Counsellors
Oversee and guide a team of in-house psychologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Client Management and Counseling
Conduct counseling sessions with clients, addressing their mental health concerns and developing personalized treatment plans.
Prepare and implement mental health strategies, including therapy techniques and coping mechanisms.
Conversion Monitoring and Guidance
Monitor conversion opportunities of team members and provide them guidance to achieve conversions, ensuring effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
Root Cause Analysis and Escalation Handling
Conduct root cause analysis of client escalations, identifying underlying issues and defining actionable steps for resolution. Handle escalated client cases with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Validation of Treatment Plans
Validate and approve treatment plans proposed by team members, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.
Review and provide feedback on counseling approaches and intervention strategies.
Data Analysis and Quality Assurance
Ensure accurate recording of client parameters and conduct analysis on any discrepancies, maintaining data integrity and quality assurance standards.
Continuous Training and Development
Develop and deliver training programs to address identified skill gaps and enhance the capabilities of team members.
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures by team members, promoting consistency and quality in service delivery. Regularly review and update procedures to reflect best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications :
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from a reputed and recognized Institute/University.
Proven experience in counseling and mental health treatment of 8+ years, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Prior experience in sales monitoring and team management is an advantage.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards in mental health practice.
