We at Yapsody India are seeking skilled and motivated **Customer Service Executives** to join our growing team and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Executive (Voice & Web), you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via both voice and web channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive interaction with our products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle Client Account calls
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
**Minimum Skill and Knowledge Qualifications**:
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
- Effective written & verbal communication in English
- Willing to work 24 x 7 Rotating Shift with 2-day week off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
