**Job Overview**:
As a Semi-Telecaller and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our post-exhibition lead management process. You will be responsible for contacting leads generated from Acetech, qualifying them, and efficiently passing on promising leads to our sales team. Additionally, you will engage in basic marketing activities, brainstorming new ideas, and implementing creative strategies to enhance our outreach efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Follow-Up**:
- Contact leads obtained from Acetech via phone calls to understand their requirements and assess their potential as customers.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions with leads.
- Document all lead interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
- **Lead Qualification and Filtering**:
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their readiness for sales engagement.
- Categorize leads according to their level of interest, urgency, and potential value to the company.
- Effectively prioritize leads for follow-up and escalate high-potential leads to the sales team.
- **Sales Team Support**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide relevant lead information and insights to assist the sales team in their follow-up process.
- Continuously communicate with the sales team to gather feedback and optimize lead management strategies.
- **Basic Excel Maintenance**:
- Maintain basic Excel spreadsheets to track lead progress, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all Excel documents and reports.
- **Marketing Activities**:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions (e.g., data entry, formulae, simple data analysis).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation and data management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and a creative mindset to contribute to marketing brainstorming sessions.
