**Position Overview**:
Are you a sales dynamo with a knack for creating opportunities and driving revenue? Do you thrive in startup environments, fueled by the excitement of building something transformative? If so, this role is tailor-made for you. As our Chief Hustler, you'll spearhead our sales engagement efforts, leveraging your expertise to cold call leads, nurture relationships, and cultivate revenue pipelines that fuel our growth. Additionally, you'll serve as our ambassador at industry events, showcasing our solutions and forging strategic alliances.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach campaigns, to generate leads and drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and converting leads into customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and manage robust sales pipelines, tracking progress and optimizing conversion rates.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, effectively communicating our value proposition and expanding our network.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SMEs and their sales engagement needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve targets and surpass expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
- Prior experience representing a company at industry events is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹24,573.12 - ₹40,000.00 per month
