Tellecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase our products/services.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments scheduled for sales representatives.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and address any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales/customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹150,000.00 per month
