Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase our products/services.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments scheduled for sales representatives.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and address any questions or concerns raised by customers.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales/customer service is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹150,000.00 per month
