**Inside Sales and Marketing - Female**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate Sales Leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Yogeshwar Polymer's products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Sales Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements, and present findings to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the Packaging is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
