**Building Longstanding trustworthy relationship with End customers**

a) It is the responsibility of Customer success manager that they build longstanding relationship with the end customer. For this, he should understand customer hierarchy along with escalation matrix.

b) For this, it becomes imperative for customer success manager to visit customer every week without fail & build the relationship. Also, Customer success Manager should do weekly structured meetings with customer without fail on all the parameters for making the relationship with customer a success along with ensuring timely payments, collections, developing new business opportunities & upselling company’s products.

**Training**

Request for further training on new solutions/Technical/process from inside/outside, if you feel that it would improve your efficiency.

**Well equipped**

Ensuring that you are equipped with laptops and other materials to perform the job efficiently.

**Advance and Claim Management**

Settling their advances and claims within the TAT and standards of VC TECH.

The consequences of not settling on-time would be not getting advances on-time to perform your duties which would seriously affect the company’s efficiency.

**Team Building**

**The company believes that a good team that bonds together deliver better.**

Participate in team building exercises conducted by the Reporting Manager.

**Guidance**

You are required to ask Reporting Manager for guidance on difficult issues instead of leaving it alone.

**Support**

You are required to ask support from team members to resolve a problem.

**The company is extremely keen to give you full support so that you can work at best efficiency.**

Be possessive of the requirements. _**Don’t let go of it till you get it. Escalate it to the Management**_

This escalation is critical to success. Without escalating, your problems will still exist, when it can be resolved easily with escalations.

1. **Ensuring No Business Churn - WHATSOEVER by BUILDING RELATIONSHIP with all Key Stake Holders (40%)**

a. Doing weekly structured meetings with customers

b. Ensuring all the success parameters are met as per the SLA

c. Timely escalations on any miss-outs to ensure customer is satisfied always

d. Ensuring there are no customer escalations

e. Knowing in and out of all customer process

f. Knowing all key stake holders along with decision making

g. Keeping an eye on competitors & ensuring no business deviation or churn

2. **New Business as per Target (based on Average Calculation) (10%)**

a. 2 times Target - OUTSTANDING

b. More than Target - GOOD

c. On Target -AVERAGE **(MINIMUM REQUIREMENT)**

d. Below 10% Target - POOR

e. Below >10% - VERY POOR (Need Management Intervention)

3. **Collection as per Target (based on Average Calculation) (20%)**

a. 2 times Target - OUTSTANDING

b. More than Target - GOOD

c. On Target -AVERAGE **(MINIMUM REQUIREMENT)**

d. Below 10% Target - POOR

e. Below >10% - VERY POOR (Need Management Intervention)

4. **Upselling, generating customer reference & creating new business opportunities (10%)**

a. It is the responsibility of Customer success Manager to get new customer references based on the relationship with the customer

b. Customer success Manager should always be looking out for new business development avenues as they are closely working with the customer on day-to-day basis & understanding customer challenges. They should be able to guide customer with value added solutions which can be beneficial for the customer

a. 100% Knowledge of other Colleagues Task - OUTSTANDING

b. 75% Knowledge of other Colleagues Task - GOOD

c. 50% Knowledge of other Colleagues Task -AVERAGE **(MINIMUM REQUIREMENT)**

d. Below 50% Knowledge of other Colleagues Task -VERY POOR

2. **Adhering Companies Culture of Ensuring Value & Commitment in each & every action that you do towards your work, customers & colleagues. (15%)**
