Project Executive

General missions

Under the supervision of a Program Manager or Project Manager (CoP), the Level 3 Project Executive is responsible for the operational management and Deployment and sales administration.

It ensures, in a very wide autonomy, an overall follow-up of the orders from the receipt of the customer request to the follow-up of the billing and payments. He also assists the CoP in the tasks of piloting the program.

Main tasks (not exhaustive)

**Deployment and sales administration**
- Receives and analyzes customer requests.
- Advises and guides the customer in his choices.
- Informs the client of the progress of the current cases.
- Ensures that the customer obtains a purchase order or a valid quote validation in good form including the signing of our terms and conditions of sale.
- Enter the sales order in the ERP, taking care that all input data necessary for operations is properly informed, including:

- The article repository including the new articles,
- Personalization information,
- The launch folder.
- Orders products if production is entirely carried out by Visotec subsidiaries other than VO.
- Orders services to subcontractors, partners and subsidiaries dedicated to the program according to the conditions provided for the program (metré, **G*raphical **P**roject **V*isualisation, deposit, installation etc.).
- Monitors GPV compliance and manages with the customer and our subcontractors the changes to be applied and the validations.
- Manages specific products:

- Study request,
- Tracking the progress of the study,
- Determining the sale price with the CoP's support if necessary,
- ERP and Repository.
- Follows the progress of production with scheduling.
- Coordinates with the transport service, transport, tracking and delivery of products.
- Ensures that the services are carried out well:

- Communication to subcontractors of input data,
- Making appointments,
- Lag management,
- Recovery and analysis of reports, photos and pose vouchers
- Validating or blocking the corresponding invoices.
- Manages customer complaints and technical issues:

- Information uplift,
- Traceability,
- Analysis,
- Implementation and follow-up of action plans,
- Communication to stakeholders

- It applies the rules and/or procedures relating to the QSE management system (quality, safety, environment) in force in the company.
- It participates in the life of the service and proposes areas for improvement

Skills required
- Graduate Engineer with MBA preferred
- Mastery of office tools
- Mastery of English
- Knowledge in Sales Administration / Project Management
- Knowledge in transport/ export / logistics

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
