**About the job**:
Qualification & Requirements- ** Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are considered advantageous.
- ** Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, with a focus on the financial sector and the Indian share market.
- ** Knowledge**:Deep understanding of the Indian share market, including trading practices, regulations, and market trends.
- ** Skills**:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- ** Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software and training tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ** Language**: Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

**What you will do**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:Design and implement effective sales training programs tailored to the Indian share market.
- ** Conduct Workshops and Seminars**: Facilitate engaging and informative workshops and seminars for our sales team.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:Track and assess the progress of trainees, providing feedback and additional training as needed.
- ** Sales Strategy Implementation**: Collaborate with sales leaders to align training programs with overall sales strategies and objectives.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Indian share market and integrate this knowledge into training materials.
- ** Mentorship**: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
