_**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES**_
- Handling customers calls and solve their queries.
- Giving them Ledger, Holding, Profit/Loss Report, Notional Holding.
- Solving customers queries regarding Holding, Brokerage, Holders details, Balance, Penalty, DPC etc.
- Guide customers about our Back Office App., Mtrade and New Account Opening App.
- Take customers request for Right Issue, Buy-Back & IPO, OFS.
- Sending PMS & MF reports to customer if they ask for and also solve their queries regarding it.
- Guide customers how to open Trading & Demat account and what documents are required for it.
- Do entries in CC Software for Modifications, KYC, ACH Registrations, Narnolia Ach Registration etc.
- Solve queries of customers given online.
- Solve Sub Brokers queries and guide them also for Back Office App and Mtrade App & Back Office on Web.
- Solve MTF Trading queries
- Fill up all types of Modification Forms, ACH Form, SIP forms, SIP Closure, Account Closure ,Transmission Forms, KYC Forms
- Solve queries given by Relationship Manager and also guide them for different types of Modifications.
- Always try to resolve queries & guide Colleagues and Team mates.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
