**Job Details**:
1. Infrastructure, Payments, Smooth functioning of various facilities
2. Requirements of Staff. etc.
3. Provide secretarial services to the head of the office and need based support to senior members like Preparing Schedule, Handling Appointments, Mail Communication etc.
4. Should be able to handle any need-based issues which get generated in any office
5. Maintain all records and documents of expenses
- Must be a proactive
- Ability to do multi-tasking
- Ability to drive and get results for various activities
- Ability to work cohesively with team
**Qualifications**:
Graduation with any formal course in office administration and secretarial services is preferred. Else only graduate but having the capability to do the above work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
