**Jewel Trade** is a leading **B2B silver marketplace**, revolutionizing the way businesses in the jewelry industry buy and sell silver products. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and innovative solutions. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.
**1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Prospect and acquire new clients within the jewelry industry, including retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to foster rapport and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
**2. Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling efforts.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct negotiations to close sales deals.
**3. Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**4. Product Education and Training**:
- Stay updated on Jewel Trade's product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Educate clients on the value proposition of Jewel Trade's platform and services.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our platform.
**5. Customer Service and Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Address client feedback promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the jewelry or B2B e-commerce industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
