- The engineers shall function as a single point contact for all the issues pertain to branch network under their respective region/ZO.
- First level of troubleshooting of links and devices, case logging and follow up with respective vendors and central team, escalation handling.
- Should coordinate or escalate the troubleshooting issues with the central NOC /service providers and get the network issues resolved pertaining to branches/offices.
- Responsible for LAN of Zonal office building and coordinating with LAN Cabling vendor appointed by the Bank for issue resolution.
- Proactive monitoring of Network performance, Maintenance call and escalation, inventory management, preparation and submission of reports etc.
