**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients and projects, focusing on architects, builders, and construction firms.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and reports.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and other key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Project Management**:
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Oversee project execution, addressing any issues or changes that arise.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve products and services.
- Report on market conditions and sales performance to senior management.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the construction, architecture, or building industry. Experience dealing with architects and builders is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of architectural and construction terminology and processes.

**Working Conditions**:
