**Solar Project Sales Representative**
**Location**: Delhi
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with prospective clients to educate them about solar energy benefits and our solutions.
- Conduct site visits and provide tailored solar energy solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial analyses to clients.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Technical Understanding**:
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility studies and accurate system designs.
- Stay updated on the latest solar technologies, industry standards, and government policies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
