Coordinating with sales team for information like competitor name, product quoted, price quoted, L1,L2 etc.

Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any. Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS & Create Pivot Tables, Providing summaries to customers Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings. Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients Update delivery Position on GeM Portal.

Follow up Post Supply Payment status Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent - Support marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders
- They are also involved in preparing all the tender documents - submission of these documents in the stipulated time period
