**Experience**:

**Location**: Muvattupuzha, Kochi

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on sessions to students on BIM methodologies, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects.
- Develop curriculum, course materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide students in their projects, fostering their creativity and critical thinking.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and industry partners to enhance the learning experience and facilitate industry connections for students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and other departmental activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM software, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling.
- Prior experience in teaching or training in an academic or professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
