BIM Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Technician at Silpi Architects in Kochi. As a BIM Technician, your day-to-day tasks will involve utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create and manage digital representations of buildings and infrastructure. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed construction drawings, building services, and structural engineering models.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Experience in creating construction drawings, building services, and structural engineering models
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in the architecture and construction industry
• Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or related field
