We are hiring for banking process associate profiles (work from office) for one of our Premium Client in Jaipur.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Handling international customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Following up to ensure resolution on call.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
- Excellent English communication skill
- Should know that customer service not only means helping customers get what they need but also making sure they feel supported.
- Should be comfortable in hardcore night shift.
- Should have customer service skills.
- Qualification : Graduation
