**General Journal Entries**:

- Record and maintain general journal entries for all financial transactions.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to support business decisions.

**Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Communication and Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide support and guidance on financial processes and SAP usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP software.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general journal entries.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
