Mayoor School of Music is a renowned online and offline music academy based in Sector-51, Noida. We provide high-quality music education and training to students of all ages. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily involve managing admissions and class scheduling efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage Admissions Process: Assist prospective students with the enrolment process, ensuring all required documents are collected, reviewed, and filed appropriately. Coordinate with the admissions team to maintain an organised admissions database.

Class Scheduling: Collaborate with students, parents, and teachers to schedule music classes. Utilize our scheduling software and tools, such as Zoom, Google Sheets, and other applicable platforms, to manage class schedules efficiently. Coordinate with teachers to accommodate student availability and preferences.

Attendance Management: Maintain accurate attendance records for students and teachers. Monitor attendance regularly and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties. Ensure attendance data is accurately entered into the system.

Administrative Support: Assist the administrative team with various tasks, including but not limited to preparing reports, maintaining records, data entry, and filing. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the academy.

**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.

Organisational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively. Maintain attention to detail while managing various administrative responsibilities.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements. Willingness to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments and work on weekends, as needed.

Education and Experience: Freshers and experienced individuals are both encouraged to apply. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory. Prior experience in a similar administrative role or customer service position would be advantageous.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with a 9-hour shift. We offer two shift options: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with six working days per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
