**Job Title**:Sales Trainer - Inbound and Outbound Sales

**Location**:Pune and Bengaluru

**Job Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Training Development and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for inbound and outbound sales agents, focusing on effective sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, role-playing scenarios, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address skill gaps and enhance sales performance.

**Sales Techniques**:

- Teach and reinforce advanced sales techniques, including lead generation, qualification, needs analysis, and persuasive selling.
- Provide practical demonstrations and role-playing exercises to help agents practice and master sales techniques.
- Analyze and incorporate industry best practices and innovative sales strategies into training programs.

Soft Skills Development:

- Focus on enhancing soft skills essential for successful sales interactions, such as active listening, effective communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- Develop training sessions that improve agents' ability to build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate effectively over the phone.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, agent feedback, and sales outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to sales agents to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring training approaches accordingly.

**Soft Skills Development**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, with a strong background in both inbound and outbound sales processes.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques, soft skills, and phone-based sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
