**Job Designation**: Regional Sales Person| Business Development - Fashion Retail Industry
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region (Delhi NCR / UP/ Haryana/ Punjab)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the company's products and services
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the fashion retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred (MBA Preferred)
