Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated junior administrative assistant to join our team. The junior admin assistant will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our firm, assisting with day-to-day operations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff, and provide accurate information.
- Manage and organize office files, records, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to partners and team members as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Support the coordination of client meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office software.
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
