**Office Assistant**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Receipt of telephonic orders, internal order processing / follow-up, dispatch
coordination With customer and eventual payment follow-up with customer.

2. Ensuring clients are satisfied throughout the process of order to collection.

3. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payments.

4. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

5. Give or support the participants / clients about company products.

6. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and resolving issues to the concern.

7. Understand clients queries and solve them in any manner.

**REGUIREMENTS**

3. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
multilingual Knowledge would be added advantage.

4. Ability of rigorous follow-up.

5. The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients.

6. Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

7. Proactive.

8. Always available on calls.

9. Basic knowledge of MS EXCEL / Word / power point is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
