**Full Job Description**

Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory records and ensuring timely dispatch of products to customers

Preparing and maintaining various reports related to sales, inventory, and expenses

Assisting in document preparation and documentation filing

Managing incoming and outgoing communication with clients and vendors

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Providing administrative support and managing office supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Back Office Executive or similar administrative role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work within tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of ERP software is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
