As an Office Sales Associate at BSSS Foundation, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the success of our organization. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads for our Skills Development courses.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
Provide course knowledge and information to potential customers.
Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns for our Skills Development courses.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for course enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of our courses.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor programs.
Attend regular sales training and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,687.17 per month
