**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects posted on Upwork
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to the specific needs of each project
- Engage with clients promptly and professionally to understand their project requirements
- Good knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, and LinkedIn etc.)
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with our team/BDM to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience in bidding and securing latest technology projects on Upwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of MERN/MEAN, Dot Net, AI/ML, Blockchain, PHP, and Mobile apps platform, and e-commerce trends
- Ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services to potential clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: ₹10,609.15 - ₹30,000.00 per month
