Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Actively approach and engage with prospective buyers to promote and sell our residential flats.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target customers and market trends.
3. Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
4. Provide detailed information about the features, amenities, pricing, and benefits of our residential flats to prospective buyers.
5. Arrange and conduct property tours and virtual presentations to showcase the flats and answer any queries or concerns.
6. Assist potential buyers in understanding financial options, mortgage approvals, and legal documentation required for purchasing a flat.
7. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring effective communication between buyers, sellers, and legal representatives.
8. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of residential flats.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential buyers.
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
4. Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is preferred.
5. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to close deals efficiently and effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and property tours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
9. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is essential.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
