Job Title: International Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview: As an International Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation efforts on a global scale. You will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from diverse international markets, ultimately contributing to the expansion and success of our organization worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists or leads generated through research.

2. Introduce company products/services to potential clients, articulating value propositions and key benefits.

3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.

4. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify decision-makers within target organizations.

5. Effectively communicate product/service features, pricing, and competitive advantages to prospects.

6. Overcome objections and address concerns to build rapport and credibility with potential clients.

7. Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management.

Qualifications:

- Graduate and undergraduate
- Proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in a global B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international prospects and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
