**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to different international markets. Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals with international clients. Ensure contract terms align with company policies and client expectations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and key developments.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the technology sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
