**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Manage the filing system, both physical and digital, and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and onboarding new employees.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **10+2 **or any Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) CRM
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
