**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Input, verify, and maintain accurate data entries into computer databases and systems.
- Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of data before entry.
- Prepare and organize source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Update and correct any inaccuracies in the data as needed.
- Generate reports and extract data as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar industry or field.
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and standards.
- Familiarity with specialized data entry software or systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
