**Position: Corporate Chef**

**1.Would be able to handle pre-operation of kitchen and F&B of all new hotels**

**2.Would be able to plan, analyze, suggest and implement the kitchen, dining and bar set up**

**3.Would be able to identify and hire people in kitchen and F&B**

**4.Would be able to check the post-operation keeping in view the quality consistency and uniformity of all hotels**

**5.Experience in managing group of hotels will only be entertained**

**6.Execution of Daily Food Service, Quality, Technique, Portion, Presentation and Food Cost Control**

**7.Support management with Catering Proposals, Menu Pricing and Menu Innovation**

**8.Track food costs while Managing Vendors to provide Standard Cost-efficient Products**

**9.Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase**

**10.Standardize Production Recipes to ensure consistent quality**

**11.Responsible for continued growth of overall catering: Cost, Quality, Presentation and Innovation**

**12.Execute all off-site Catering that requires on-site support**

**13.Assist Manager of sales & Marketing in Menu Planning and Costing for Special Event Catering**

**14.Collaborate with General Managers on expense tracking for accurate financial projections**

**15.Responsible for all the kitchen purchasing**

**16.Ensure that appropriate Sanitation, Maintenance and Safety Standards are followed**

**17.Implement and maintain Culinary Excellence Standards**

**18.Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all culinary activities**

**19.Extensive traveling.**

**Experience: 15 years of experience as Executive chef in any brands**

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
