**We are Hiring for " IT System Administrator, Andheri, Mumbai." Designation**:Systems Administrator **Department**:Information Technology (IT) **| Reporting**:Sr. Manager (IT) / Head of Information Technology |**Work Exp **3-5+ Yrs. In IT Department**| CTC**:4.0 LPA -5.40 LPA | **Certifications desirable**: MCSA/MCSE (Azure, AWS, CCNA certifications good to have but not Mandatory) **Job type - Full Time**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As IT System Administrator, will be Primary point **responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of Marol
- Andheri Office Servers, End-User Devices and IT- Infrastructure.**:
- IT-Infra **Ticket Logging,** **updating, and closing tickets** in Ticketing tool and **MIS report** preparation.
- Manage Leased lines and Internet connections. (Prior experience/Knowledge - good to have but not Mandatory)
- Will also act as helpdesk for Internal and External users as 80% of work on Laptop & Desktop support & 20% Server & Network.
- IT-Assets up-to-date Inventory Management, Asset In/Out records management.
- IT- Audit compliance adherence as per IT Policies, Maintaining IT related records.
- **Windows & Linux server administration** (AD, File Server, Data Backup management)
- Procurement & Invoice processing, Vendor co-ordination, Tally basic knowledge for PO creation. (Prior experience/Knowledge - good to have but not Mandatory)
- **Bachelor's in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related 3-year Diploma in IT / Computer Science
- **Relevant 3 to 7 years’ experience in IT System Administrator, IT Admin in IT field** or Any Industry
- **Certifications desirable**: MCSA/MCSE(**Azure, AWS, CCNA** certifications good to have but not Mandatory)
- Good understanding of **Linux & Windows** Systems with **LAN/WAN Network** & MS-Office Proficiency.
- Proficiency to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines to resolve issues by quick grasping, troubleshooting and basic analysis skills. Proactive, soft spoken, patient with good communication skills.
**Job Specifications-**
- **Working Days** - Monday to Friday | Work **Shifts **Primarily (9:30AM -6:30 PM) but should be able to work in shifts
- **CTC / Salary -** **4.0-5.4 LPA with Perks & Benefits**
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
